The power of connection and community shouldn't be underestimated. That's why in every part of our business, we strive to nurture and develop a buzzing community of supportive and engaged Returners and Businesses that care. We'd love to invite you to be a part of it.

How it works

Community, not just training

At Tech Returners, whilst we provide training and support to Returners, we consider our organisation a community rather than a training business. Many of our learners join the programme because of a desire to be amongst others who have shared a similar journey and similar barriers. Empathy and support plays an important part amongst our cohorts.

Growing and thriving

We now have a community of more than 340 supportive individuals across digital channels such as Slack as well as in-person meet ups! Amongst this group, events, knowledge and support is shared regularly providing benefit to all.

Tech Returners and beyond

We’ve seen friendships and connections being built that will last for life and this goes beyond our Tech Returners community. Members are now part of wider community across the Manchester and London tech scene. We see this community as our advocates, and we act the same for them.
